FLUOROPOLYMER COMPOUNDING FACILITIES

State-of-the-art fluoropolymer compounding facilities

This cutting-edge compounding system is engineered for superior dispersion in high-performance melt fluoropolymer applications.

Utilizing a Buss Kneader mechanism rather than a standard twin-screw setup,the line offers significant processing advantages in distributive mixing and temperature control.

To ensure maximum corrosion resistance and purity, all wet parts are constructed from premium Hastelloy and Inconel alloys.

In addition to this equipment, our facility is equipped with a Twin-Screw Extruder featuring Hastelloy wet parts, as well as various Single-Screw Extruders specifically designed for fluoropolymer processing
